Attorney Daniel Beck has been a lawyer for more than 35 years in the field of family law, criminal law, personal injury, civil litigation, real estate and business law and has practiced before the Superior and Appellate courts of California and the Federal Courts of Nevada, Idaho and Washington D.C. After years of representing cannabis operators in criminal cases, Dan grew his practice to helping clients establish California compliant medical cannabis enterprises that would provide an effective defense to cannabis prosecution. Over the years, Dan has helped launch and build many cannabis operations. He is dedicated to serving the cannabis industry and has developed a strong practice to support cannabis businesses.

Prior to working at Beck Law P.C., Delia was of counsel at a San Francisco based boutique law firm that specialized in Business and Intellectual Property.

Delia’s appetite for creativity drives her to be surrounded by ingenuity. When not working, she is a fitness aficionado, attends music and art shows, gardens, and dabbles in a little bit of DJing and piano.

Josh Abrams - Cannabis Project Manager

Mr. Abrams has 20 years of experience as a planner and project manager that includes land-use, zoning, environmental, transportation, design and engineering work. Mr. Abrams manages multi-disciplinary projects from inception through design, permitting, and implementation. He enjoys helping clients refine conceptual ideas into defined projects, and helping them navigate the technical processes of project development.

Mr. Abrams has a background in agriculture, ecology, and sustainable development. He is long-term resident of California’s north coast with an extensive understanding of the cannabis industry. He earned a degree in Planning and Urban Design from Sonoma State University, and has worked as a professional planner and project manager at Alta Planning + Design, Whitlock & Weinberger Transportation, Inc., and Questa Engineering.
