Attorney Daniel Beck has been a lawyer for more than 35 years in the field of family law, criminal law, personal injury, civil litigation, real estate and business law and has practiced before the Superior and Appellate courts of California and the Federal Courts of Nevada, Idaho and Washington D.C. After years of representing cannabis operators in criminal cases, Dan grew his practice to helping clients establish California compliant medical cannabis enterprises that would provide an effective defense to cannabis prosecution. Over the years, Dan has helped launch and build many cannabis operations. He is dedicated to serving the cannabis industry and has developed a strong practice to support cannabis businesses.

Elizabeth Cinque - Cannabis Attorney

Elizabeth is very excited about the opportunity to utilize her business and tax background to help cannabis operators to comply with state laws and thrive as legal businesses.

Prior to joining the Beck Law, Elizabeth worked at a large firm in San Francisco where she advised clients on state and local tax issues involving corporate and franchise taxes, and sales and use tax matters. She has experience in advising multi-state and multinational clients on the state and local tax implications of mergers and acquisitions on corporate restructuring, reorganization and  transactions. Elizabeth also has experience in business formation, transactions, and general consulting. Elizabeth received her B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara and her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law. During law school, she achieved CALI awards for receiving the highest grade in Legal Writing and Research, Business Bankruptcy, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Procedure, and earned a specialization certificate with distinction in Business Law. She also obtained her LL.M in Taxation from the University of San Francisco, where she earned the CALI award in State and Local Taxation.
